PPMA Show 2024 – View The Show 3D Digital Twin

We were back at the NEC in Birmingham this year for the PPMA Show 2024, the UK’s largest event for process and equipment, packaging machinery, industrial robots and machine vision systems.

The WSS Team was exhibiting a wide range of innovative safety solutions and are ready to work with new partners and implement comprehensive all-in-one solutions.

Feedback from the manufacturing and distribution industry has been very insightful

Here are just a handful of points:

• Each accident’s cause is unique; There is no silver bullet “one design/solution cures all”
• Increased need to reduce risk of collision between MHE and People
• Every site/building/equipment is different – a tailored approach to every challenge/risk is needed
• A need to ensure consistent site safety levels across sites

Digital Twin Site Safety Survey

Another key innovation the team showcased at the PPMA show was our new 3D digital twin site safety survey technology.

This technology allows us to visit any facility, warehouse, or workplace and capture a complete 3D digital render of the environment, enabling full exploration and measurement of every intricate detail for project planning and solution implementation.

 Additionally, this new technology facilitates real-time collaboration and annotation of the digital environment, allowing you to label and upload assets such as videos, imagery, and text to specific areas of the 3D model. This feature helps keep track of important details for facility operation, maintenance notes, and updates.
