What began as an e-commerce initiative under the mhl Group has grown into a comprehensive provider of personnel and asset protection solutions. Now, WSS is ready to stand on its own as an independent entity.

Gary Spencer, CEO and founder of the mhl Group, reflects on this transformative moment:
“For over 30 years, since 1994, Meon has been dedicated to delivering innovative line marking and surface repair solutions across industries including utilities, highways, mass transit, airports, and railways. Alongside this, we have cultivated expertise in warehouse safety, supporting manufacturing, distribution, and logistics sectors with both passive and active safety solutions.
What started as Warehouse Safety Solutions, primarily an e-commerce channel, has matured into WSS: a full-spectrum safety solutions provider. Like any parent, we’ve fostered its growth, and the time has come for WSS to spread its wings. From January 1st, 2025, WSS Europe will operate independently, with its own identity, purpose, values, and vision, all while maintaining a strong affiliation with Meon.”
